Can You Post Gifs On Facebook: GIFs have rather formally made their way to Facebook.
Giphy, a brand-new start-up out of tech studio Betaworks, just generated a workaround to post GIFs straight onto your Facebook Timeline.
You still have to strike play, as you would with a video clip, in order to see the animation. However it's essentially the exact same experience.
UPDATE from a Facebook representative: "Facebook does not sustain animated GIFs."
If you wish to share a GIF on Facebook, initial directly over to Giphy.
